Franchisee Support:

YO! Frozen Yogurt Lounge stands by our franchisees. We’re with you every step of the way. From site selection and equipment purchasing, to training and marketing, YO! provides the support to ensure brand consistency and integrity.

Real Estate and Store Development:

YO! provides site sourcing support including real estate team with proprietary analysis and evaluation that identifies the optimal location for your Lounge. Location is everything for your franchise. Real estate is a huge part of our success at YO! Frozen Yogurt Lounge.

YO! has created an interior design plan that can be tailored to fit your approved location. Everything you need, including furniture, fixtures and equipment will be packaged and shipped to your location as part of the build-out process.

We act a as a clearinghouse to ensure brand consistency and work hand-in-hand with your local architect. We even provide a General Contractor that exclusively builds out YO! Frozen Yogurt Lounges. YO! has everything it takes to get your business up and running smoothly.

Financing:

YO! can assist with your lending and financing solutions.  We have built lending relationships to help cut down the time involved in getting your loan processed. We also provide ways to invest a portion of your retirement funds (tax and penalty free) in your company to reduce and/or eliminate the need for business loans.

Common Lending Terms and Conditions:

  • Equity requirements range from 30%-40% of project cost; $90,000-$120,000 liquid capital
  • Good personal credit score (680+)
  • Personal guarantee usually required
  • SBA looks for up to 100% collateral (ex. home equity, marketable securities, land)
  • Banks look for management and/or restaurant experience.

Management Training:

You will receive a week of comprehensive on-site training at the University of YO! at our flagship location in Fort Worth, TX.  We also provide an additional week learning the “ins and outs” of running your own lounge on-site a week before your opening.

At the University of YO!, with our  in-concept training program, you’ll learn everything from register operation to making the most delicious frozen yogurt to hiring staff. This training includes business operations and hands-on experience in operating a YO! Frozen Yogurt Lounge.

We will help you hone your management skills, setup your back office and develop airtight sales and marketing plans.

Opening Support: 

When you get ready to open your YO! Frozen Yogurt Lounge, an opening team from the YO! Crew will come to your store approximately a week prior to opening.

The YO! Crew will help ensure that all furniture and fixtures are in their appropriate place and your equipment is working properly. We are ready to host an opening training course for your initial staff and teach the day-to-day operational policies and procedures. They will prepare you and your staff for your opening day, but more than that, their mission is to teach you how each and every YO! Frozen Yogurt Lounge should operate every day.

The YO! Crew has been trained to support our franchisees every day, and can help you through the finer points of operating your business. Our team is there to make your business function at the highest level.

Marketing and Ongoing Support

YO! Frozen Yogurt Lounge is there for our franchisees.  Your success is as important to us as our own.  We provide you with innovative marketing plans that have proven successful both in generating sales and in building the YO! brand.  From our in store promotional programs and merchandising to our social media campaigns, we work with you to tailor your marketing strategies so you can maximize the customer profiles at your locations. We also provide regular consultant visits from the YO! support team to ensure optimal operations and quality. Our operating manuals are continuously being updated and are available to you in real time.
